Two-time customer, but not anymore. My family and I were rushed and followed around the lot by sales staff in a way that felt aggressive rather than helpful. I gave the dealership another chance after speaking with the manager, Mike, about it — only to have him tell me during price negotiations, after I'd already agreed to use their in-house financing and we'd reached a number I was ready to accept, "I know you have bought here before, but we don't need your business." That's not how you treat a repeat customer, and it's why I won't be back. One bright spot: Eli, newer to the sales team, was genuinely professional and easy to work with — ask for him if you go.
