Vanessa in the finance room and Stephen on the sales floor were top notch and would buy from them again 100%. I called legitimately over 10 dealers in FL and AL before buying here. Candidly, I cannot stand most car dealers. My family is in the car business in California and I unfortunately learned the dark side of the business and now see that most dealers just do not do business the right way. The team here, does. Even when I buy from other dealers I rarely refer friends, but I would comfortably send my friends and family here.

I made an appointment, was there on time. They quickly checked my vehicle in and performed the service. I was back on the road in an hour.

Pretty straightforward process, no sales gimmicks or crap other dealers throw at you. The wait was a little longer, but I see why everybody wants to do business here. Great group of people. My man Karsun got me upgraded into a newer truck for a honest price!

Everything went as expected with a quick drop off and friendly check in. They offered to drop me off some place but i already had a ride setup. Tracked progress and I was called to pick it up when finished.

Stephen was great. He did well at getting the deal done, but honestly we were a ready customer. We are not a big fan of some of the changes at DSL since we bought our last vehicle there (this is the third). We try to be loyal to this dealership as we have been treated well before. Still a good price, but we think we could have gotten a little more off the top end. It is what it is as far as trade in. And the last time we bought a vehicle, the finance guys were able to shop around for the best loan rate, they did not do it this time. They only work with GM Financial. We both have excellent credit and have already found a much better interest rate with another lender and will be refinancing. My fault for not coming into the deal prepared. Overall, we were pleased
