Drove up attendant received my keys told him where my lug lock key was. He put paper down put plastic over my sheet walk in. They knew my name. I already had my paperwork there signed the paperwork shut down ate breakfast. Next thing you know my truck was done awesome.
I drove up. The attendant greeted me. I gave him the keys, told him where the lock plug was. The key went in. They know exactly who I was signed. The paperwork already had it printed sat down and washed little TV. Next thing you know my car was done great.
Sale went great. Communication was great. Everything was great until we end to finance office. Finance officer directly lied to me and my wife with the statement “the electronics and dash are only covered with 12k mile warranty from General Motors, that’s why you should buy an extended warranty” I should’ve called him out, but it didn’t matter. Because of his lies, we were lead to believe a warranty was extremely important. After reviewing manual and internet research: “everything is covered through 3yr, 36k miles..” Why lie to sell a car? We were already going to buy it.
