Over booked. Over promised and under delivered. Didnt touch what i brought it in for and it was all warranty. Had my truck 4 days total and only fixed the sunroof gasket. 2.9 hour flat rate and changed the oil . Never even touched the manual knobs on the display screen that never worked. This is the main reason I brought it in for warranty. Service department on the service writer end is broken and needs to be fixed. The control knobs on the screen weren't even on the ro. Again. The main reason i brought it to you. This is a 90000 dollar truck and i would like everything to work as it should. I will be taking it to another dealer to get this repair done.
