I normally never write a negative review on a business, but I was taken back a bit by the practices and the overall level of salesmanship I received at this dealership. Was interested in a vehicle and stopped in on a Wednesday to talk to a salesman about the car we were interested in. Was told the car was not ready to be looked at, and I told the salesman that we wanted first chance at purchasing the vehicle. The salesman relay to us, no problem you will have "first bids" on it and took our info to text us when it was ready. The following day I sent several text messages asking about the status of the vehicle. The response from the salesman was that the care was still not ready. I told them I was going to stop in on Friday morning as I had the day off to car shop. The salesman told me late Thursday that the car should be ready by then. Showed up to the dealership early Friday morning, walked in and met with the salesman, who in turn said let me check the status of the car. I waited for about 10min and then the salesman came back and said "sorry we sold the car yesterday". I was obviously not happy, and I noticed that the sales manager was not even going to attempt to come and say something, he just glared at me from the managers room. When you prioritize money over people, this is the kind of business you will have. I took my business to another dealership and that was a blessing in disguise, but that dealership was the exact opposite on how my family was treaded here.
The service center has a friendly staff and getting at your service needs done in timely manner.

Earlier this year my wife and I visited Crestview’s David Scott Lee Buick dealership where we found two vehicles that suited us perfectly. Oddly enough we had a great time and received what I believe to be a satisfactory deal; one we haven't second-guessed. Caleb Napier was our salesman; he’s a young guy with a serious sense for sales. As we asked questions, Caleb answered with confidence. He added a couple of extras for us, a tonneau cover from one truck transferred to ours and a couple of other things that for us, made the deal. When I asked, the questions weren’t totally serious. I'm someone who figures asking is simple, and I'll never know the answer without asking, so I expected nothing. Thing is, I've asked for special treatment before and was given the simple, non-negotiable answer: No. Happily, Caleb made it all happen and made sure both vehicles were perfectly cleaned and ready for pickup about ten hours after we'd signed the paperwork. I appreciate Caleb's honesty, truthful, ready, answers and none of the smarmy back and forth trips to the ghostly "Sales Manager" to delay a deal. This was a simple, easy transaction that didn't feel like we were being held hostage – it felt clean – with both my wife and I treated as meaningful Customers. A big Thank You to Caleb and the dealership, for allowing Caleb to be his own salesman. He's good, very good, and I appreciate his professionalism and readiness to do what it took to make the deal.

I wanna say i went to David Lee Scott Buick GMC on May 13;2025 to get another ride for my beautiful wifey and Cole Stoner did a very nice job with helping us get into a Ford Explorer and he was very respectful and never stopped until he made sure we had a ride to take home, This SUV is the second Ride he has helped us with 2 in a half years ago our first ride from there was a 2017 Mazda 3 sport and it had low miles just like the Ford Explorer now we got is very low miles with a decent price to pay monthly, Thank You Cole.Stoner for the amazing job when we need our next ride we will be coming back to you
