My process with purchasing a new vehicle all started with emails, text messages, and phone calls inquiring about trading in my prior terrain. All communication was promptly returned and scheduled time was set. Friendly and timely communication by all. Pierce was assigned to help with trade evaluation and locating a new gmc terrain for me. He was friendly, listened to what I was looking for and went and found it. Pushed for me to receive best offer possible, especially with being a return customer. It all ended up being a two day process, and he stay in constant communication ensuring I was aware of everything happening with the transaction. Very customer service oriented, highly will recommend Pierce and the dealership. Great person and continues to follow up ensuring I’m enjoying the new vehicle and taking care of after purchase details. John with financing was great to work with as well.

My salesmen (Eddy!) is a champ! Bent over backwards with a smile to get me exactly what I asked for… clean-cut, professional… I want to recruit him! I only downgraded my review because of the service department. Latisha? Leaves a lot to be desired… snappy, less than cordial and expects her customers to be clairvoyant (zero stars for the service department)…

Vanessa in the finance room and Stephen on the sales floor were top notch and would buy from them again 100%. I called legitimately over 10 dealers in FL and AL before buying here. Candidly, I cannot stand most car dealers. My family is in the car business in California and I unfortunately learned the dark side of the business and now see that most dealers just do not do business the right way. The team here, does. Even when I buy from other dealers I rarely refer friends, but I would comfortably send my friends and family here.
