My 2926 GMC sierra 1500 Denali ultimate with less than 20,000 miles on it, left me stranded on the side of hwy 285 with connecting rod issues. David Scott Lee GMC came through for me and bought the truck back from me for almost top dollar trade in value! The whole team is professional and respectful. I highly recommend any one looking for a vehicle, new or used to come here! They will get the job done!!!

I was disappointed by the finance employee’s lack of basic job knowledge. She made several numerical errors on my paperwork and gave me incorrect information about titling, liens, and registration. When I asked for clarification on the title, lien, and registration process, both Caleb and the finance rep repeatedly hid behind "I don't know" instead of taking the initiative to help. On top of that, no one disclosed that the car only came with one key, and my questions about a second key were ignored. The only highlight was Gina, the title clerk. After the staff failed to assist me, I had to take it upon myself to find and contact her directly just to get accurate answers. A little due diligence from Caleb and the finance rep would have easily pointed me to Gina in the first place, rather than leaving me to solve their lack of effort on my own.

Very cordial staff. Young salesman was new so needed to check with experienced staff on occasion.

I regard Jeremy's team as one of the two best I've relied on in my 47 years of owning a car. I don't know why they try so much harder than others, but it definitely keeps me as a customer!
