Sales were great. Service is horrible. I leave an hour and a half from your dealership and I was told at purchase that dealership would provide a loner vehicle if extensive survice was required. I waited over a month with no call back with loaner vehicle. I decided to come sit and wait. After about 4 hours service lady came and said part was needed to repair my problem. At that time she stated it should only take a few days to come in and they would call for return appointment. After two weeks with no word I called and they said part had not come in yet. Another week passed without a call. I called again and got same response. After one month passed I was upset at this time and got angry with service lady. She finally came clean and stated that she was having trouble getting in contact with the company that provides part and she was going to talk to her manager on how to resolve my issue. One more week passed and she called stating that they finally got in touch with company and my part was ordered but no estimate on arrival date. It’s now been two months I’ve been waiting for repair of my truck. This is a 2026 model still in production and I should not have this problem with a part. I have a $90,000 truck I’m afraid to drive out of town because of part issue. This is not acceptable

Service went great. Had a small misunderstanding regarding additional services done during the schedule maintenance, but my service advisor Shayley got it handled without any issues. She was fantastic and would definitely be happy with her as my service advisor again.
