We have been customers of David Scott Lee Buick GMC for over 13 years. We’ve purchased several cars from them throughout the years for personal and business use. Everyone knows us by name and they treat us like family! Jeremy has been an amazing service advisor to us throughout the years. The dealership was recommended by some fellow coworkers and they several trucks I was interested in posted on their website. Went to dealership and was greeted promptly by Cole, a very enthusiastic sales person. He showed us several trucks, including several test drives and helped us narrow down options. We settled on a truck, but turns out they didn’t have it on their lot. Cole went to work to try to find the right truck for us. It took almost a week to get the truck brought in from another dealership, but Cole kept constant communication with us and really worked to make sure we were taken care of.

This is the best dealer I've worked with. My vehicle was towed in after breaking down on the highway. They were all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My car was ready for pickup by 8 am the next morning. Thanks too to the courtesy driver also who drove me home and picked me up the next morning. Thanks for the great service.

Lady at counter who had me sign paperwork is a little abrasive. She made me feel as if I was a bother to her. After receiving key I had to remove all the paper and plastic from my vehicle and it was parked in between to vehicles longways and had to back up and pull forward to leave. Otherwise I may have given 5 stars.

Well the sale started out a little bumpy. The car I wanted that was sitting on the lot front and center no one in the dealership knew where it came from or why it was on the lot not sure how you can put a car up for sale and not know where it came from how much it is or anything..anyways...the sales kid yes a kid was great..he listened to what I wanted felt horrible about the mix up with the car I wanted and made it right.took his time to research what vehicles had exactly what I wanted..this place is customer friendly. Sales men did their jobs , I have a new car Nothing spectacular. We weren’t even out of Ft Walton when warning lights went off on dashboard , we pulled over and Called back , they just said “‘ it said as is “ Which is true, I just would have liked to get more than a couple miles away .

Bought our new vehicle from David Scott Lee Niceville. From sale to finance to out the door everyone was professional, friendly, honest and helpful. I would buy another vehicle from this location. The sales person, Jerry was easy going, very informative and no pressure tactics. Anthony, the finance guy was a pleasure and got us through quickly. The manager, Cameron, gave us a great offer on our trade and after the deal, thanked us for our business, gave us his card and said call me if you need anything or have any issues/questions. Buying a car can be stressful but not with this team of professionals. I highly recommend this location for your next auto purchase.
