I had gone in the other week inquiring to test drive a vehicle that ended up being at their Fort Walton location. Eddie worked with me and we both got out there for a test drive. While I liked the vehicle I couldn’t move on a purchase until I had my mechanic inspect it. After a lot of back and forth with availability and scheduling, entirely on my side and the mechanic, I ended up picking a different vehicle that I had my eye on. On short notice Eddie was able to drive the vehicle down from the Crestview dealership to my mechanic in Fort Walton. He had all the info my mechanic needed and once we got the green light it was back to dealership. The purchase was straightforward and simple to understand, full transparency and kept me in my budget. Prior to this I’d been driving all over for the past month checking cars at a dozen dealerships, all of which couldn’t work with me and my mechanic either due to scheduling or distance. I honestly thought I would have to keep looking for another month. This was all a major stress, but Eddie resolved that for me. From the past month and all my previous vehicle purchases I’ve never had someone go so far above and beyond for me. Working with him I never felt pressured and he eased a lot of my worries. I’m now a happy owner of a Ford Escape. And if I ever need another vehicle I know where I’m going and who I’m talking to.

The service department is top notch! I purchased my car at DSL in February in Troy, AL and it had a couple small issues. They managed to get my alignment adjusted for me in Crestview right away. Then last week it had an engine light on and they repaired it right away. All my service for this vehicle will be at DSL Crestview! Kudos to Sam for being great!!!
