I came with a tire issue and I bought the tire warranty when I purchased the truck but it wasn’t in my file. They couldn’t find it. Lucky I still Had it in my truck. They said it didn’t cover it. My wife purchased the same plan with her new Denali and when she had a problem with a tire previously they also didn’t have hers on file. It could def. Be better organized since it was purchased through David Lee Scott seems like it would be in our file.
