When purchasing a used car, you never really know what you are getting. The dealer does their inpsections, but doesn't have the time to drive it for hours. We purchased a beautiful 2020 GMC Terrain Denali in early 2026. Within a couple of days, the AC went out. They backed up their reputation and fixed the issue. 6 months later, it wouldn't start. They diagnosed the problem as the fuel pump module. They fixed it and the car was back in our driveway running perfectly in a couple of days. My dad was an auto mechanic for 60 years. He was my only mechanic. It has been a struggle to find honest, do the right thing shops/dealers. David Scott Lee has proven to be an honest "do the right thing" business. Thank you to them. Would not hesitate to buy another vehicle there!

The service writer was very helpful with my warranty. My only issue was they did not call me before cranking up my car and moving it around the parking lot. It had over heated and shut down. They had my keys, name and phone number.
