My appointment was 26 September at 3pm. I show up 15 mins early, and was greeted by the service reps. They were nice and great to talk to. I told them i was here for a regular oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I also notified them that my truck was making noises at the rear axle, and they stated, they couldn't do anything as i only scheduled an oil change. My sales rep was Joel Laprade and I can’t think of anything he could have done to make our experience more pleasant. He was very cordial and product savey. Will use him again in 6 months if I decide to update to a 2027 model. He closed our DEALS (we bought 2 cars) with a personal touch by offering to come to our home to educate us further on the working of our vehicles, if needed.
Joel was an exceptional salesman for me and my partner. I actually was not expecting to find a newer car to trade for and right when I walked into the showroom it was sitting right there. Josh Gamble was our salesman and he was GREAT. We have never been to a car lot where we felt no pressure and he was willing to show us whatever we wanted to see. Purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 July this year got me a tire protection with it just the other day I had a screw on the top of my tire took it over to your dealership to get fixed.
