Vanessa in the finance room and Stephen on the sales floor were top notch and would buy from them again 100%. I called legitimately over 10 dealers in FL and AL before buying here. Candidly, I cannot stand most car dealers. My family is in the car business in California and I unfortunately learned the dark side of the business and now see that most dealers just do not do business the right way. The team here, does. Even when I buy from other dealers I rarely refer friends, but I would comfortably send my friends and family here.

Everything went as expected with a quick drop off and friendly check in. They offered to drop me off some place but i already had a ride setup. Tracked progress and I was called to pick it up when finished.

Very accomodating on appointment times. Their service is as advertised."The Best". On time. Their service reps keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle. They have complimentary drinks, coffee and snacks while you wait. They have a nice charging and work counter so you can keep working or staying in touch with your friends. The TV is big and nice. (It should stay on CC, so people can know what they are saying) That's the only downside.

Some mix up at first. Couple days later went and picked up my truck. F-150 a very nice truck. It was a trade in. Happy about that. My first time being able to buy from them EVER But I made it easy. I had a trade-in myself agreed on a price gave them a check and gone. How simple can you get. I just hope next time if there is. Thay make it that easy for me. The salesman was good and easy going.

Pros: the used car I bought was priced according to market value (kbb.com), and the dealership charged half in fees what other dealerships in the state charge. The dealership had recently bought the car and posted it, and the salesman Pierce Winthrop acted quickly to get it inspected, cleaned, and turned around for me to buy. I had to rent a car and drive a couple hours to get to the dealership, and Pierce kindly gave me a ride to the rental store and back to return the car.
