How it Works

When these updates become available, GMC owners will be notified via an in-vehicle message displayed on their infotainment screen. 1. Turn on your vehicle and check for new software updates. (If any are available, you will see a notification on your GMC infotainment home screen).
2. Accept the update and begin downloading immediately.
3. You can use your vehicle normally while the updates are being installed. Downloads will automatically pause when the vehicle is turned off and resume when it is turned on again. To complete the downloads in one session, park your vehicle in a safe and secure location and allow the download to be completed.
